Michelle Sims

Michelle Sims is a post-doctoral researcher at the Center for Marine Conservation, Duke University Marine Lab and works on the Global Bycatch Assessment Project. Prior to working at Duke, she completed a Ph.D in statistics at the University of Aberdeen in the  United Kingdom.  Her research interests include power analyses, ecological statistics, random effects models, spatio-temporal models and Bayesian hierarchical models.  For more information, please view her web page www.duke.edu/~msims1.
