Shark Finning Ban in Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico

Amendment 2 to the Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan will require sharks caught in federal waters of the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico to be landed with their fins intact.
